Required Qualifications

Fully licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
Please note: We are not currently accepting pre-licensed candidates.
Willingness to work with children, adolescents, and adults
Availability to work evening hours
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Client-focused, strengths-based approach to care

What We Offer

Excellent compensation: $60,000–$120,000 per year (fee-split model)
Full-time or part-time schedules available
Outpatient-only setting with no on-call responsibilities
