Let me just say that I get it; seeking help from a mental health therapist can feel overwhelming. In session, I always maintain a calm, down-to-earth approach to help foster a relaxed and friendly environment. My approach as professional counselor is to help my clients identify core issues that
impact their daily life, while collaboratively setting goals that empower them to become the best version of themselves.
I graduated from Alvernia University first in 2011 with a BA in Criminal Justice, and in 2016 with an MA in Clinical Counseling. In almost a decade of providing therapeutic services with a variety of populations over my career, I now specialize in treating generalized anxiety, major depression and other mood disorders, trauma, and to some extent, couples counseling. I welcome individuals from all walks of life to explore their potential and discover a renewed sense of self.
My clinical theoretical style is eclectic in nature. I draw on a variety of helping theories, including dialectical behavior (DBT), cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and solution-focused approaches. This eclectic
methodology enables me to meet you where you are and provide the most effective counseling possible. My expertise encompasses primarily adults and couples. Together, we can embark on a transformative journey toward healing and growth."
