I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I attended Kutztown University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and then returned to obtain a Master of Social Work.
I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals,
and those with chronic illnesses and disabilities. I often work with those looking to
address existential issues like identity, values, and life direction. I also have strong skills
working with behavioral concerns, anxiety, poor self-esteem, communication/relationship/social skills, and difficult life-transitions. I work with individuals of all ages, as well as with families and couples.
I practice from a humanistic client-centered perspective, utilizing modalities such as existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and solutions-focused approaches to develop a collaborative therapeutic relationship geared toward change and growth. My main goal is to empower clients to write their own stories, even if you need support along the way. I believe that we are all interdependent and need each
other’s support, but that we need the right support to get where we are trying to go. How can I best support you as you write your story?
I am currently working towards certification for ADHD skills and coaching. I’m also
interested in pursuing more training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (BDT), and sex therapy.
