Hello, my name is Kelly!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over nine years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Alvernia University, graduating in 2016.
I am dedicated to motivating positive change, encouraging healthy relationships, and helping individuals recognize and build on their personal strengths. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing trauma, substance use challenges, depression, and anxiety.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and empowering—I work closely with each individual to help them make choices that are right for them, fostering self-awareness, confidence, and lasting growth. I incorporate evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and grounding techniques, all within a compassionate, strengths-based framework.
Known for my professional yet approachable manner, I create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, respected, and equipped to take meaningful steps toward healing and wellness.
