She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and is trained in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Janet is passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, relational stress, and the impact of past experiences. Her style is warm, grounded, and practical, blending clinical insight with compassion and real-life strategies for change.
For clients who desire it, Janet is also able to integrate faith-based perspectives into the therapeutic process, honoring each person’s unique beliefs and values.
